Evaluation of Urban Development Vitality and Its Interactive Relationship in Coastal Provinces:A Case Study of Sub-provincial Cities
Based on Drucker's social innovation,this paper has constructed an evaluation index system of ur-ban development vitality including human settlement-business-governance environment system based on three behav-ioral actors,and the development vitality of eight sub-provincial cities in China's coastal provinces from 2006 to 2020 was evaluated by using the multi-factor hierarchical dynamic incentive model,then,used the coupling coordi-nation model and the panel vector autoregressive model to measure and analyze the coupling coordination and inter-action between the three subsystems.The results show that:(1)The order of development vitality of the eight cit-ies from high to low is Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Hangzhou,Nanjing,Qingdao,Ningbo,Dalian,Xiamen.(2)The coupling coordination level of the eight cities is not high,and the whole is in the disorder type.(3)The three sys-tems interact with each other,but their development level is mainly affected by themselves.Among them,the hu-man settlements system was significantly affected by the other two systems.The business environment system is strongly affected by the governance environment system.The governance environment system mainly relies on self-regulation,and is less affected by other systems.
