Research on Efficiency of Tourism Development Promoting County's Poverty Alleviation and Revitalization from Perspective of Common Prosperity:Taking Qinba Mountain area in Shaanxi as Example
Closely aligned with the strategic goal of promoting common prosperity in the new development stage,this study adopts three-stage DEA-Malmquist index,geographic detector and other research methods to measure the tourism development efficiency in promoting county's poverty alleviation and revitalization taking the Qinba Mountain area in Shaanxi Province as an example,clarify its evolutionary characteristics,identify influencing factors and their interactions.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive efficiency of promoting poverty alleviation and revitaliza-tion in the Qinba Mountain area of Shaanxi Province through tourism development is at a medium level,and there ex-ists significant regional heterogeneity in the efficiency of each county(city,district);(2)The efficiency of promo-ting county's poverty alleviation and revitalization through tourism development in the Qinba Mountain area of Shaanxi Province from 2016 to 2021 has shown a fluctuating upward trend.There is still significant room for improvement in pro-moting county's poverty alleviation and revitalization through tourism development;(3)Factors such as transportation,per capita fiscal expenditure,per capita regional GDP as well as their interactions,have significant impacts on the effi-ciency of tourism development in promoting county's poverty alleviation and revitalization.The study further proposed strategic suggestions from the aspects of rational allocating tourism input-output factors,constructing a new pattern of tourism shared development,improving infrastructure and tourism industrial economic foundation etc.
