镇域尺度下福建省三明市空心村空间分异及影响因素

摘要
基于2020 年人口普查分行政村数据,综合运用平均最近邻指数、核密度分析法、空间自相关法、地理探测器模型和Tobit模型分析镇域尺度下福建省三明市空心村空间分异格局及其影响机制.结果表明:三明市空心村的整体空间分布特征为集聚模式,呈现出明显的"外围密集、中间稀疏"特征,并在全局上表现出显著空间正相关性,主要热点地区集中在三明市西北部,主要冷点区围绕三明市主城区周边;三明市空心村空间分异机制主要由区位交通、产业经济和设施服务层面的因素综合作用形成.目前三明市空心村的治理应更多关注培育本地产业、促进产业内部转移、增加农民收入、完善设施服务水平等方面.
Abstract
Based on the data of administrative villages in the 2020 population census,the spatial differentiation pattern and its influencing mechanism of hollow villages in Sanming City of Fujian Province are analyzed by means of average nearest neighbor index,nuclear density analysis,spatial autocorrelation,geographic detector model and Tobit model.The results show that the overall spatial distribution of hollow villages in Sanming City is a cluster pattern,showing an obvious"dense in the periphery,sparse in the middle"feature,and showing a significant spatial positive correlation in the whole world.The main hot spots are concentrated in the northwest of Sanming City,and the main cold spots are around the main urban area of Sanming City.The spatial differentiation mechanism of hollow villages in Sanming City is mainly formed by the factors of location transportation,industrial economy and facility service.At present,the management of hollow villages in Sanming City should pay more attention to cultivating local industries,promoting intra-industry transfer,increasing farmers'income and improving facilities and services.
