摘要

基于多区域投入产出模型和最新的2017 年中国多区域投入产出表,从"直接排放者—最终生产者—最终消费者"过程角度核算中国不同地区的生产隐含碳和消费隐含碳,并解析其跨区转移路径.结果表明:在生产和消费核算视角下,不同地区的隐含碳分布具有明显异质性;生产隐含碳主要从西部和北部地区向东部和南部沿海地区转移;消费隐含碳主要转入经济较发达或人口较多的消费大省或出口到国外.大多数地区属于转入转出的中转站模式,通过中间品外包从其他地区获得生产隐含碳,并嵌入到最终消费品中转出到其他地区.

Abstract

Based on the multi-regional input-output model and the latest China's multi-regional input-output table in 2017,the embodied carbon from production-based and consumption-based perspectives in China's differ-ent regions was calculated,and the inter-regional transfer characteristics were investigated from the perspective of the"direct emitter-final producer-final consumer".The results show that the distribution of carbon emissions in dif-ferent regions has obvious heterogeneity under different accounting perspectives of production-based embodied car-bon and consumption-based embodied carbon.The production-based embodied carbon is mainly transferred from the western and northern regions to the eastern and southern coastal regions.As for consumption-based embodied carbon,it is mainly transferred to economically developed or populous regions and exported abroad.Most regions act as transfer stations,obtaining production-based embodied carbon from other regions,embedding it into final consumer goods and transferring it to other regions.
