摘要
自2004年1月1日CEPA正式实施以来,香港电影经历了从被动到主动、应变到求变、联合到融合的蝶变.20年来,凭依中央与特区政策扶持、产业全链升级、多维创作与全球传播,香港电影进入体制机制创新拓展的新阶段.当下,国家领导人适时提出"新质生产力"理念,"十四五"规划谋定"中外文化艺术交流中心"战略地位,香港电影得到重塑全球竞争优势、区域协同发展、产业系统升级、内容创新赋能等机遇,这将为中国电影海外传播与电影强国建设贡献重要力量.
Abstract
Since the formal implementation of CEPA in 2004,the Hong Kong film industry has undergone a transformative journey.Over the past two decades,supported by policies from both the central and SAR governments,comprehensive industry upgrades,high-quality productions,and global dissemination efforts,the Hong Kong film sector has entered a phase of high-quality development marked by institutional and mechanistic innovation and expansion.Presently,with national leaders timely proposing the direction of"new quality productive forces"and the"14th Five-Year Plan"outlining Hong Kong's future function as a"hub for cultural and artistic exchanges between China and the world",the Hong Kong film is endowed with new opportunities for reshaping global competitive advantages,regional collaborative operations,industrial system upgrades,and content innovation empowerment.These opportunities will contribute significantly to Chinese film overseas dissemination and the construction of a film powerhouse.
