From the perspective of structuralist semiotics,the vague concept of aura in Walter Benjamin's text can be clarified.Not only the artwork in the age of human making but also the artwork in the age of mechanical reproduction and even the in age of artificial intelligence has the aura.However,the sources of the aura are different:the aura of the work of art in the age of human making comes from the presence of the author,in the age of mechanical reproduction comes from the presence of the object,in the age of artificial intelligence comes from the audience.Without the audience's invocation,the work of art in the age of artificial intelligence will be meaningless.The aura of the work of art in the age of artificial intelligence is not the ecstasy from the work's inside,but endowed by the audience from outside.
