Subway lighting is one of the key factors in ensuring passenger safety and providing a comfortable travel environment.In recent years,more and more subway systems have chosen LED as their lighting solution.This paper aims to explore the main reasons and advantages of using LED for subway lighting.It introduces the basic principles and working mechanisms of LED lighting technology and analyzes the application of LED in subway lighting,including its advantages in energy efficiency,long life,dimmable,and environmental protection characteristics.Finally,it discusses some possible challenges and solutions.
