Effects of light environment in highway tunnel on visual adaptation to light and dark of drivers
Dramatic changes in the light environment at the entrance and exit sections of road tunnels can lead to changes in drivers'adaptation to darkness and light,thus affecting the safety of driving in road tunnels.From the aspects of impact of brightness variation in the road tunnels on drivers and drivers'adaptation to darkness and light,this paper analyzes the influence of tunnel lighting environment on drivers'adaptation to darkness and light and its improvement strategy through literature analysis.The results will be used as the basis for further systematic research on traffic safety and tunnel lighting design methods under lighting environment of road tunnel.
