Reform and practice of field teaching in the landscape engineering and technology course:taking the teaching of landscape lighting as an example
The chapter on landscape lighting is a significant component of the teaching of landscape engineering and technology,course but accounting for only one-eighth of the total instructional hours.Therefore,it is crucial to establish effective connections and coordination among theoretical instruction,field teaching,and course assignments.During field teaching,the aim is to cultivate students'abilities in understanding the lighting environment characteristics,landscape lighting design and actual lighting situations,and employing energy-saving and emission reduction design strategies.Consequently,conducting tests,simulations,evaluations of lighting environments,reconstructing and optimizing lighting scenes,visualizing designs,and implementing parametric designs serve as vital means to develop students'comprehensive skills in lighting design.
