本文分析了电力系统源网荷储的协同优化与互动策略,明确了"源网荷储"4个组成部分的概念及其在电力系统中的重要作用.通过智能化调控技术与优化技术,实现不同电源之间的互补协调,优化分散式与集中式两个层面上的供应侧资源,同时调动需求侧资源的可调度潜力,实现电网对可再生能源发电接纳能力的最大化.此外,还提出了网荷互动策略、源荷储协同优化和储能系统优化调度的具体方法,并展示了这些策略的良好应用效果.
Collaborative optimization and interactive technology of source-grid-load-storage in new power system
This paper analyzes the collaborative optimization and interactive strategies among power sources,grids,loads,and storage in power systems,clarifies the concepts of the four components"power sources,grids,loads,and storage"and their significant roles in power systems.By utilizing intelligent control technology and optimization technology,it achieves complementary coordination among different power sources,optimizes supply-side resources at both decentralized and centralized levels,and mobilizes the schedulable potential of demand-side resources to maximize the power grid's capacity to integrate renewable energy generation.Additionally,specific methods for grid-load interactive strategies,collaborative optimization among power sources,loads,and storage,and optimized dispatch of energy storage systems are presented,and the favorable application effects of these strategies are demonstrated.
