This paper systematically explores the principles and applications of spectroscopic technology,deeply analyzes the spectral characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients,and then clarifies the correlation model between medicinal efficacy and spectral data,in order to improve the accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine quality control and efficacy evaluation.Through comparative analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of different spectral technologies in analyzing the structure and dynamic changes of complex components of traditional Chinese medicine were clarified.In the correlation analysis of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy and spectral data,multivariate statistical models,such as principal component analysis,partial least squares regression,etc.,were constructed to analyze the quantitative relationship between spectral characteristics and pharmacodynamic activity.It is hoped that spectroscopic technology can better serve the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,promote in-depth research on the material basis and mechanism of Chinese medicine efficacy,and provide stronger technical support for the development and clinical application of new traditional Chinese medicine.
