用户体验质量(QoE)是决定通信运营中用户忠诚度和市场份额的关键因素, 当前各大通信运营商都在开展精细的QoE测量, 并基于此建设QoE质量保证体系, 力争在激烈的竞争中胜出.首先说明QoE、QoS和NP的概念及其之间的关系, 然后探讨如何实施QoE测量、KPI到KQI的映射模型, 并提供了一种具体的QoE量化方法, 最后阐述了如何构建QoE质量保证体系开展精细化网络运维, 提供差异化业务服务.
Mobile telecommunication network QoE measurement and quantification method
Quality of Experience(QoE) has become very important for an operator to achieve customer loyalty and maintain competitive edge. Now every operator has collected QoE measurement, and built QoE assurance system. In this paper, we present the relation among QoE, QoS and NP, and then discuss how to measure QoE, and provide two mapping models in CS territory and PS territory, and a method to quantify QoE step by step. In the end, we address the importance of employment QoE to levitate network management and to offer different service.
