Mobile telecommunication network QoE measurement and quantification method
Quality of Experience(QoE) has become very important for an operator to achieve customer loyalty and maintain competitive edge. Now every operator has collected QoE measurement, and built QoE assurance system. In this paper, we present the relation among QoE, QoS and NP, and then discuss how to measure QoE, and provide two mapping models in CS territory and PS territory, and a method to quantify QoE step by step. In the end, we address the importance of employment QoE to levitate network management and to offer different service.
