随着技术的飞速进步,远程控制在工业自动化和数据监测领域变得日益重要。基于 LXI 的远程控制技术构建了一个远程控制系统硬件与软件的框架。在硬件设计方面,系统主要由计算机终端和仪器设备构成,而软件部分涵盖了程序流程、设备驱动及用户界面。本研究重点描述了一套从初始化连接到数据采集、保存;再到波形处理的实际应用流程,并就系统表现出的较高的性能和稳定性进行了讨论。实验结果表明,本系统能够有效满足实验室测试和自动化生产线的远程监测和控制需求。最后,对系统潜在的改进方向提出了前瞻性建议,以推动该技术的发展和应用。
Remote control technology based on LXI
With the rapid progress of technology,remote control has become increasingly important in the fields of industrial automation and data monitoring.This article constructs a framework for remote control system hardware and software based on LXI.In terms of hardware design,the system is mainly composed of a computer terminal and instrumentation equipments,while the software part covers program flow,device drivers,and user interfaces.This study focuses on describing a practical application process from initializing connections to data acquisition,storage,and to waveform processing,and discusses the high performance and stability of the system.Experimental results show that the system can effectively meet the remote monitoring and control needs of laboratory testing and automated production lines.Finally,This article gives some forward-looking suggestions on potential improvement directions of the system to promote the development and application of this technology.
