摘要

通用飞机航电系统日益增多的外部信号对产品电路设计提出更高要求,采用TMS570微控制器以及相关电路,设计了一种针对信号采集、信号处理以及驱动控制的综合处理模块,模块基于多通道离散量采集芯片完成采集功能,采用高驱动能力的电机驱动芯片对PWM信号进行输出控制.对设计需求、架构设计以及详细电路设计过程进行详细描述.经过测试验证,该模块能够实现离散量采集与多路驱动信号输出与控制功能,能够作为一种应用于航电系统综合处理模块的有效解决方案.

Abstract

The increasing external signals of the avionics system in general-purpose aircraft have placed higher demands on the design of product circuitry.This article mainly designs a comprehensive processing module for signal acquisition,signal processing,and drive control using the TMS570 microcontroller and related circuits.The module accomplishes the acquisition function based on a multi-channel discrete acquisition chip,and utilizes a motor drive chip with high driving capability to output and control PWM signals.The article provides a detailed description of the design requirements,architecture design,and detailed circuit design process.After testing and verification,the module can achieve discrete acquisition and multi-channel drive signal output and control functions,serving as an effective solution for avionics system integrated processing modules.
