针对激光焊辊压横梁焊接对日子型轴向静压仿真精度影响的问题,研究了激光焊缝的特性及提升CAE仿真分析精度的方法。通过研究辊压横梁材料力学性能、激光焊缝材料特性,探讨横梁轴向静压工况试验与仿真分析存在较大误差的原因,结合Hyperworks-CAE仿真分析软件对横梁轴向静压试验进行分析,提取仿真工况下横梁溃缩形式、焊缝失效形态,轴向截面力值。通过调整激光焊缝材料特性,实现试验与 CAE 仿真高精度对标的目的,提出一种 CAE 仿真分析预测试验方法,结果表明预测与试验结果一致。
Prediction and analysis of axial performance of high-strength steel roller pressed crossbeams
In response to the issue of the impact of laser welding on the accuracy of axial static pressure simulation of day shaped beams,the characteristics of laser welds and methods to improve the accuracy of CAE simulation analysis were studied.This paper investigates the mechanical properties of roller pressed beam materials and laser weld material properties,explores the reasons for significant errors in axial static pressure test and simulation analysis of beams,and uses Hyperworks-CAE simulation analysis software to analyze the axial static pressure test of beams.The forms of beam collapse,weld failure,and axial cross-sectional force values under simulation conditions were extracted.By adjusting the material characteristics of laser welding seams and achieving high-precision benchmarking between experiments and CAE simulation,this paper proposes a CAE simulation analysis and prediction test method.The predictions made using this simulation method are consistent with the experimental results.
