三维光学测量技术的飞速发展,使其在机载悬挂装置分离参数的测量中得到了广泛应用。坐标系的建立作为测量工作的基础,对测量结果有着决定性的影响。本文以TEMA三维运动分析系统为基础,着重研究测量坐标系的选择和建立方法,分析不同坐标系建立方法对测量结果的影响,给出用于定义坐标系的坐标点选择原则和坐标系的建立建议。
Method for establishing coordinate system in three-dimensional optical measurement of suspension separation parameters
The rapid development of three-dimensional optical measurement technology has made it widely used in the measurement of separation parameters of airborne suspension devices.The establishment of a coordinate system as the foundation of measurement work has a decisive impact on the measurement results.This article is based on the TEMA three-dimensional motion analysis system,focusing on the selection and establishment methods of measurement coordinate systems.It analyzes the impact of different coordinate system establishment methods on measurement results,and provides principles for selecting coordinate points to define coordinate systems and suggestions for establishing coordinate systems.
