摘要
风机控制器硬件测试的目的在于验证风机控制器模块的功能和性能,硬件测试验证方法多样,包括黑盒测试和白盒测试等.本文探讨硬件白盒测试方法在风机控制器I/O单元信号质量测试执行时的实践应用.通过典型硬件白盒测试方法,对风机控制器I/O单元的信号质量进行精确测试,并以具体测试项说明硬件白盒测试有助于在研发阶段发现硬件产品隐患,体现其应用价值.
Abstract
The purpose of hardware testing for wind turbine controllers is to verify the functionality and performance of the wind turbine controller module.There are various methods for hardware testing verification,including black box testing and white box testing.This article explores the practical application of hardware white box testing method in the execution of signal quality testing for wind turbine controller I/O units.By using typical hardware white box testing methods,the signal quality of the I/O unit of the fan controller is accurately tested,and specific test items are used to illustrate that hardware white box testing can help identify hidden dangers in hardware products during the research and development stage,reflecting its application value.
