针对飞机座舱环境压力异常威胁飞行舒适度和安全的问题,提出一种纯硬件的高可靠性和高安全性座舱压力告警模块。通过对座舱压力的监测,实现对座舱压力高于或低于设定的安全阈值,或座舱压力变化率高于既定阈值的情况,通过离散量和数据总线输出告警信息,同时对离散量输出信号的监测,提高设计的可靠性和安全性,当离散量输出和回采不一致或离散量输出过流或短路时,总线上报故障信息。实验室环境测试表明,该模块功能和性能均满足需求。
Design and implementation of general aircraft cabin pressure alarm module
Aiming to address the issue of abnormal cabin environmental pressure compromising flight comfort and safety,this paper proposes a highly reliable and safe pure hardware cabin pressure alarm module.By monitoring the cabin pressure,it can provide alarm information through discrete quantity and data bus when the cabin pressure exceeds or falls below the set safety threshold,or when there is a significant change in the cabin pressure rate.Simultaneously,by monitoring the output signal of the discrete quantity,both reliability and safety of the design are enhanced.In case of inconsistency between the output of the discrete quantity or if there is an overcurrent or short circuit in its output,fault information will be reported via the bus.Laboratory environment testing demonstrates that this module fulfills all requirements in terms of functionality and performance.
