摘要
针对直升机科研机生产、返厂维修、外厂改装以及排故等过程中,使用导通铃、绝缘摇表进行线缆检测时存在的问题,设计一款线缆导通绝缘集成测试设备,可将导通、电阻和绝缘测试 3 种检测功能集于一身,体积小巧,便于携带,具有良好的电路保护措施和人机交互体验.首先介绍线缆测试的具体问题,然后叙述线缆导通绝缘集成测试设备的软、硬件设计,最后总结线缆导通绝缘集成测试设备的实施效果.
Abstract
Addressing the issues encountered during the production of scientific research helicopter,maintenance,modifications outside the factory,and troubleshooting when using continuity bell and megger for cable testing,this paper proposes an integrated cable continuity and insulation testing device.This device integrates continuity testing,resistance testing,and insulation testing functions into one compact and portable unit,featuring excellent circuit protection measures and a user-friendly interface.The paper first introduces the specific problem of cable testing,then describes the software and hardware design of the tester,and finally summarizes the implementation effects of the device.
