针对检测报告及原始记录检测效率低下、检测误差率高和数据处理困难的问题,设计了一种6层级、面向检验报告及原始记录自动化生成的软件架构,研究平台的易用性,并开发自动化生成平台.以国家标准GB 24850-2020《平板电视与机顶盒能效限定值及能效等级》为例,研究检测数据自动采集、检测数据自动处理、检测图片自动插入、报告及记录的自动生成所涉及的关键技术,克服检验检测过程中"检不快"问题,并为推动检验检测行业自动化、智能化发展提供技术支撑.
Designed a six-tier software architecture aimed at addressing issues such as low efficiency,high error rates,and difficulties in data processing related to inspection reports and raw records.This architecture facilitates the automatic generation of inspection reports and raw records.We studied the ease of use of the platform and developed an automated generation platform based on this architecture.Using the national standard(GB 24850-2020)Limited Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Flat Panel Televisions and Set-top Boxes as an example,we researched key technologies involved in automatic detection data collection,automatic detection data processing,automatic insertion of detection images,and automatic generation of reports and records.This research aims to overcome the"slow inspection"problem and provide technical support for promoting automation and intelligent development in the inspection and detection industry.
