Polarization is one of the main factors that affect the direction finding accuracy of the interferometer,and it is also an important parameter to describe the characteristic of electromag-netic waves.Based on the vector decomposition and least square method,a new method for polar-ization measurement is presented for the interferometer direction system.An antenna element with different polarization is added to the traditional interferometer antenna array,and polariza-tion measurement is realized with the proposed method.By the look-up table method,the polari-zation error in zero in different polarizations can be corrected,thus the direction finding accuracy can be greatly improved.Simulated results prove the correctness of the proposed method.
