耦合器在无线移动通信系统中是必不可少的元器件之一.使用经典耦合器理论设计的微带耦合器,尺寸一般会随着频率而变化大约1/4波长.它的定向性指标一般较差,文中仿真只有5 dB左右.本文从理论上分析了影响耦合器尺寸和方向性的因素,提出了一种小尺寸高定向性微带耦合器的设计方法,通过更改微带耦合线的结构,可以在保证端口驻波性能的情况下,定向性指标超过20 dB,使用仿真软件HFSS分析并实际制作验证了其预期效果.
Coupler is one of the essential components in wireless mobile communication system.The size of microstrip coupler designed by classical coupler theory will change with frequency,about a quarter wave-length.Its directionality index is generally poor,only about 5 dB in the simulation in this paper.By changing the structure of the microstrip coupling line,the directionality index can exceed 20 dB while ensuring the stand-ing wave performance of the port.In this paper,the factors affecting the size and directivity of the coupler are analyzed theoretically,and a design method of a small size and high directivity microstrip coupler is proposed.HFSS is used to analyze the model and the actual production verifies its expected effect.
