摘要

阐述分频器HMC365G8的自激表现,分析产生的原因,提出解决方案.元器件自激是电路设计、调试过程中经常会遇到而又捉摸不定的故障现象,通过对特点、规律的分析,有利于自激现象的排查.

Abstract

This paper describes the self-excited performance of the frequency divider HMC365G8,analyzes the causes,and proposes solutions.Self excitation of components is a frequently encountered and unpredictable fault phenomenon in circuit design and debugging.By analyzing the characteristics and patterns,it is beneficial to investigate the self excitation phenomenon.
