摘要

阐述感应式磁悬浮球形关节的结构及悬浮机制,建立平衡模型,并考虑导电层材料选择及厚度、导磁层厚度、不同气隙的转速对球关节法向悬浮力大小的影响,为结构参数选用和优化提供依据.

Abstract

This paper describes the structure and suspension mechanism of the induction type magnetic levitation spherical joint,establishes a balance model,and considers the influence of the selection and thickness of the conductive layer material,the thickness of the magnetic layer,and the rotational speed of different air gaps on the normal suspension force of the spherical joint,providing a basis for the selection and optimization of structural parameters.
