阐述基于信息通信技术和网络空间虚拟系统的信息物理融合手段,将制造业向智能化转型.该方案综合信息化协同集成管控、数字化智能化制造、可视化柔性装配、智能仓储与物流技术要素,实现智能制造、精益管理构建新型电信息采集设备数字化行业生产能力的提升.
Abstract
This paper describes the transformation of manufacturing towards intelligence through the integration of information and communication technology and virtual systems in cyberspace.This plan integrates information technology,collaborative integration and control,digital intelligent manufacturing,visual flexible assembly,intelligent warehousing and logistics technology elements,and achieves the improvement of production capacity in the digital industry of intelligent manufacturing and lean management to build a new type of electrical information collection equipment.
