Abstract
This paper describes the advantages and limitations of patent analysis as a predictive method,and proposes methods for patent data collection and processing,data analysis,and modeling.It analyzes trends in electronic technology research and development,establishes predictive models,and uses validation and evaluation methods to display and interpret predictive results.
