摘要
阐述分布式发电系统的特点、市场化交易模式.分布式发电系统是一种中小型发电系统,该系统的特点在于就近消纳发电量,建立在负荷附近.基于分布式发电市场化交易现状和问题,提出解决措施,包括引入第三方评估机构、优化市场化交易模式过程、完善市场化交易实施准则.
Abstract
This paper describes the characteristics and market-oriented trading models of distributed power generation systems.Distributed power generation system is a type of small and medium-sized power generation system,which is characterized by consuming power generation nearby and establishing it near the load.Based on the current situation and problems of market-oriented transactions in distributed power generation,it proposes solutions,including introducing third-party evaluation institutions,optimizing the process of market-oriented transactions,and improving the implementation guidelines for market-oriented transactions.
