阐述人力资源与社会保障体系中的信息化问题及原因,提出基于互联网技术的人力资源与社会保障信息化建设方案,包括搭建信息化框架、加强数据库建设和管理、进行数据挖掘和分析应用.
Abstract
This paper describes the informatization problems in the human resources and social security system,and puts forward the informatization construction scheme of human resources and social security based on Internet technology,including building an informatization framework,strengthening database construction and management,data mining,analysis and application.
