Design and Implementation of Monitoring,Forecasting and Early Warning Service System Based on Meteorological Big Data
This paper describes the design of a meteorological big data cloud platform and a meteorological monitoring and early warning service system,which adopts NET framework development,Simple Object Access Protocol(soap)data exchange,and application MVC architecture design user interface,based on component development pattern to meet personalized and expansion needs,thereby improving the timeliness and arrival rate of emergency and early warning information reception.
