Abstract
This paper describes the characteristics of database construction and management,proposes a plan to improve database resource construction,strengthen inter library cooperation,digitize collection resources,enhance collection resource exchange,attach importance to database security issues,and establish an efficient information management system,in order to optimize the process of database construction and provide readers with better quality services.
