摘要
阐述适用于FPGA的实时n/γ甄别方法的设计,n/γ甄别是指在核辐射探测中,利用能同时探测中子信号(n)和γ射线信号的探测器采集核脉冲数据时,需要利用一些方法进行两种信号的甄别.两种信号在脉冲形状上有所差异,具体表现在脉冲衰减段中,γ信号会比中子信号衰减更快.通过方法选择、方法实现、仿真设计对实时甄别方法进行实现与验证.
Abstract
This paper describes the design of real-time n/γ discrimination method suitable for FPGA.The n/γ discrimination means that in nuclear radiation detection,when nuclear pulse data are collected by detectors that can detect neutron signals(n)and γ-ray signals at the same time,some methods need to be used to distinguish the two signals.The two kinds of signals will be different in the pulse shape,specifically in the pulse attenuation section,the γ signal will attenuate faster than the neutron signal.The real-time discrimination method is realized and verified by method selection,method implementation and simulation design.
