摘要
阐述设计一种嵌入式生命体征检测系统,测量人体PPG信号,并进行软硬件滤波、特征提取和算法处理.提出一种从PPG信号中提取脉搏波传导时间的方法,将无创测量的血氧饱和度和血压显示在屏幕上.Bland-Altman一致性分析显示,数据均在95%置信区间内,说明系统在血氧饱和度、收缩压和舒张压检测上具有较高的准确性.
Abstract
This paper describes the design of an embedded vital sign detection system,which measures human PPG signals and performs software and hardware filtering,feature extraction,and algorithm processing.It proposes a method for extracting pulse wave conduction time from PPG signals,displaying non-invasive measurements of blood oxygen saturation and blood pressure on the screen.The Bland Altman consistency analysis showed that the data were all within the 95%confidence interval,indicating that the system has high accuracy in detecting blood oxygen saturation,systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
