This paper expounds the characteristics of power dispatch control center management,analyzes the existing safety issues,and proposes specific strategies for optimizing operation,including strict implementation of regulations,improving safety awareness,strengthening standardized management,carrying out power grid safety maintenance,strengthening technical training,and establishing a performance evaluation system.
