摘要
阐述基于BP神经网络和增量式PID技术,设计电火花线切割伺服进给控制方式.在Matlab/Simulink平台中进行仿真,结果表明,BP-PID控制方式能够提高电火花线切割伺服控制的稳定性.
Abstract
This paper expounds the design of a servo feed control method for electric discharge wire cutting based on BP neural network and incremental PID technology.Simulation was conducted on the Matlab/Simulink platform,and the results showed that the BP-PID control method can improve the stability of the servo control for electric discharge wire cutting.
