阐述人防信息化系统的构成要素、人防信息化系统现状.分析人防信息化建设中存在的问题,提出信息化建设的优化措施,包括环境、机制、人防的信息化建设.
Abstract
This paper expounds the constituent elements of civil defense information systems and the current status of civil defense information systems.It analyzes the problems in the informationization construction of civil defense and proposes optimization measures for informationization construction,including the informationization construction of environment,mechanism,and civil defense.
