阐述大数据技术的特性,分析工业用户受电均价偏高的问题和原因,提出基于大数据分析的电力客户营商环境优化策略,包括建立营商环境风险预警模型、营商环境预警体系的响应机制.
Abstract
This paper expounds the characteristics of big data technology,analyzes the problem and reasons of high average electricity prices for industrial users,and proposes an optimization strategy for the business environment of power customers based on big data analysis,including establishing a business environment risk warning model and a response mechanism for the business environment warning system.
