摘要

阐述通过基于调度控制系统低压(低频)减负荷模块优化,建立从系统信息采集、方案编制优化、实时监视告警、远方遥控执行、动作分析推送的全过程管理体系,从而提高电网运行稳定性.

Abstract

This paper expounds the establishment of a full process management system based on the optimization of the low-voltage(low-frequency)load reduction module in the dispatch control system,which includes system information collection,scheme formulation optimization,real-time monitoring and alarm,remote control execution,and action analysis and push,in order to improve the stability of power grid operation.
