阐述针对分布式新能源发电系统接入变电站10kV母线的运行方式,对分段备自投逻辑进行改进,在确保备自投正确动作的前提下,减少切除新能源的概率.分析新能源并网点电压及频率变化规律的影响因素,提出新型备自投方案.
Abstract
This paper expounds the operation mode of the distributed new energy generation system connected to the 10kV busbar of the substation,and improves the segmented backup automatic switching logic to reduce the probability of cutting off new energy while ensuring the correct operation of the backup automatic switching.It analyzes the influencing factors of voltage and frequency changes in new energy grid connection points and proposes a new backup and self switching scheme.
