摘要
阐述采用三防涂覆和器件固封相结合的防护工艺,通过优化整板涂覆厚度并对悬空插装引线器件进行点胶防震的方式,进行军工产品PCBA的组合防护.通过气候试验、环境适应性试验及金相切片检测,考核和验证该方式可有效提高军工产品的气候适应性和环境适应性.
Abstract
This paper describes the combined protection process of three protection coatings and device sealing,which optimizes the thickness of the entire board coating and applies glue to the suspended plug-in lead device for shock resistance,in order to achieve the combined protection of military product PCBA.Through climate testing,environmental adaptability testing,and metallographic section detection,it assesses and verifies that this method can effectively improve the climate and environmental adaptability of military products.
