摘要

阐述针对某型号卫星地面电测试阶段发生的加电欠压异常,开展基于故障树的问题分析.问题定位于推进阀供电总开关异常接通且推进阀分路驱动开关异常接通,卫星接推进等效器后加电功率异常增大,导致卫星母线欠压.问题机理清晰,对卫星无影响,并提出相关改进建议.

Abstract

This paper describes the problem analysis based on fault tree for the abnormal under voltage during the ground power testing phase of a certain model of satellite.The problem is located in the abnormal connection of the main power supply switch of the propulsion valve and the abnormal connection of the branch drive switch of the propulsion valve.After the satellite is connected to the propulsion equivalent,the power supply increases abnormally,resulting in undervoltage of the satellite bus.The problem mechanism is clear and has no impact on the satellite,and relevant improvement suggestions are proposed.
