阐述快速消费品行业的特点、问题及原因,按照数字化智能决策的要求,以单品平均日销售量、安全库存、备货周期要素构建智能采购模型.运用信息技术开发智能采购报表,实现性能优化.
Abstract
This paper expounds the characteristics,problems,and reasons of the fast-moving consumer goods industry.According to the requirements of digital intelligent decision-making,an intelligent procurement model is constructed based on the average daily sales volume of a single product,safety stock,and stocking cycle elements.Develop intelligent procurement reports using information technology to achieve performance optimization.
