Abstract
This paper expounds the design and implementation of an intelligent sleep aid device based on EEG signals,and explores its design concept,working principle,and implementation method.By monitoring and analyzing user EEG signals in real-time,and using specific algorithms to adjust the output audio,it can improve the quality of user sleep.
