阐述一种小型真空泵降噪静音装置的设计,介绍设计思路和工作原理,分析机械和电控部分设计结构与参数.该装置能够显著降低真空泵噪声和振动对环境的影响,解决真空泵散热问题.
Abstract
This paper expounds the design of a small vacuum pump noise reduction and silencing device,introduces the design concept and working principle,and analyzes the design structure and parameters of the mechanical and electrical control parts.This device can significantly reduce the impact of vacuum pump noise and vibration on the environment,and solve the heat dissipation problem of vacuum pumps.
