Abstract
This paper expounds the background technology and role of an offline diagnostic device for inter turn short circuits in steam turbine generators,explores technical solutions and specific applications,including the application of DC resistance testers,AC impedance testers,and RSO instruments,in order to improve the detection level of inter turn insulation in generator rotors.
