阐述三菱PLC、变频器、触摸屏技术的综合应用,包括Modbus通信协议、通信线的连接、通信的设定、控制程序的设计.在综合应用过程中,系统实现数据联动,根据需要灵活配置各模件数量,满足参数设置和控制要求,通过程序来完成系统的数据收集、模拟量检测等功能.
Abstract
This paper expounds the comprehensive application of Mitsubishi PLC,frequency converter,and touch screen technology,including Modbus communication protocol,communication line connection,communication settings,and control program design.In the process of comprehensive application,the system realizes data linkage,flexibly configures the number of modules according to needs,meets parameter settings and control requirements,and completes functions such as data collection and analog detection of the system through programs.
