阐述数据分类分级的特点、目的、原则,介绍数据分类分级落地实施路径,包括建立组织保障、梳理数据资产清单、制定数据分类分级策略.提出赋能差异化的数据安全保护建议,根据数据安全等级差异,逐级提升数据安全保护能力,每一级能力均覆盖数据采集、传输、存储、使用、共享及销毁等全生存周期环节.
Abstract
This paper describes the characteristics,objectives,and principles of data classification and grading,and introduces the implementation path of data classification and grading,including establishing organizational guarantees,sorting out data asset lists,and formulating data classification and grading strategies.It proposes empowering differentiated data security protection suggestions,gradually improving data security protection capabilities based on differences in data security levels.Each level of capability covers the entire lifecycle of data collection,transmission,storage,use,sharing,and destruction.
