摘要

阐述基于超声波法的钻井液漏失检测原理.通过设计的钻井液漏失检测识别系统对钻井液流速进行测量,其测量误差小于5%,在不同流速下均可以通过检测钻井液流速突变,判断位钻井液漏失发生.

Abstract

This paper describes the principle of drilling fluid leakage detection based on ultrasonic method.It measures the drilling fluid flow rate through a designed drilling fluid leakage detection and recognition system,with a measurement error of less than 5%.At different flow rates,it can detect sudden changes in drilling fluid flow rate to determine the occurrence of drilling fluid leakage.
