摘要
阐述电子产品间歇故障的表现,即在产品使用过程中发生故障,在随后的分析或测试中,该故障不再可见或者不再浮现的现象.通过质量分析、因果图分析故障的分类、失效原因,提出解决建议.
Abstract
This paper describes the manifestation of intermittent faults in electronic products,which refers to the phenomenon where a fault occurs during product use and is no longer visible or apparent in subsequent analysis or testing.It analyzes the classification of faults,causes of failure,and proposes solutions through quality analysis and causal diagrams.
