摘要

阐述ADS-B干扰而引发的航空运行的不正常事件,从事件发生的高度特性和时间特性两个维度探究其分布特征.绘制ADS-B干扰事件事故树,系统地识别事件发生的根本原因和潜在后果.运用布尔代数运算法则对事故树进行化简,揭示ADS-B干扰事件发生的关键因素,并提出一系列具体且实用的预防措施.

Abstract

This paper describes the abnormal events caused by ADS-B interference in aviation operations,and explores their distribution characteristics from two dimensions:the height characteristics and time characteristics of the events.It draws an ADS-B interference event accident tree to systematically identify the root cause and potential consequences of the event.It uses Boolean algebra operation rules to simplify the accident tree,reveals the key factors that cause ADS-B interference events,and proposes a series of specific and practical preventive measures.
