摘要
阐述为解决扇区内航路在航路容量和天气影响下的航路资源协同分配问题,降低航班延误损失,对协同航路网络进行研究.提出一种基于模糊综合评价法,以航班延误成本、延误时间和航空器转折点数量为评价指标,采用层次分析法来确定索引的权重,以提高航班的效率和效益.
Abstract
This paper describes the research of collaborative route network to solve the problem of coordinated allocation of route resources within a sector under the influence of route capacity and weather,and to reduce flight delay losses.It proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on flight delay cost,delay time,and the number of aircraft turning points as evaluation indicators,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of the index,in order to improve the efficiency and efficiency of flights.
